How you can fight abortion!

1) Send a letter to OB/GYN doctors and abortion clinics in your area, in care of the staff physician, that details the increased risk of breast cancer in women who have had abortions. To find the clinics in your area, click here. This letter is courtesy of Coalition on Abortion Breast Cancer

2) Boycott companies that support abortion with their funds. Let the company know that you will not be their customer because of their support for abortions. For a list of these companies, go to: Life Decisions International

3) Write to your senators and representative with your views on abortion.
Encourage them to do all they can to stop it!

Go to the U.S. Senate homepage and search under your state.

Go to the House website and search under your zip code.

4) Write to companies and individuals who support abortion with their funds. Below is one example...
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation provided the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) $8.8 million in 2000. Contact Bill and Melinda Gates and politely explain to them that they are contributing to the rising breast cancer rates. Ask them to stop funding abortion through their foundation. 5) Support Crisis Preganancy Centers, and other Pregnancy Care Centers. To find the pregnancy resource center nearest you, go to: Pregnancy Resource Center Directory and contact them about how you can support them! You may even volunteer your time counseling women in a crisis pregnancy.

6) Consider adopting a baby. Consider adopting a newborn baby in the United States. If there continues to be a high demand for adoption, then women will have an easier time choosing adoption instead of abortion. If the demand for newborn U.S. babies dwindles, then women may feel "forced" to have an abortion.

7) Consider sidewalk counseling outside an abortion clinic
Please pray diligently before sidewalk counseling. We need to love the women but hate the sin. If we are angry, we will not love them unconditionally, nor will we be as effective as we should be.

8) Vote for Pro-life candidates ONLY! This is the defining issue of our time! How can we claim to be pro-life and yet vote for candidates who support pro-abortion legislation? Are there more important issues when considering a candidate than this:
"WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" [Declaration of Independence]
and...
"No Person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" [5th ammendment]

9) Pray:
Everyone can pray. Ask Jesus for a miracle. As you are reading this, please just stop and pray for one minute that abortion would end in our country. Pray that women would make the right choice...to choose life. Pray that the efforts of the enemy would be frustrated. Pray for God's wisdom that you would know what you can do to put a hault to the catastrophe in our country called "abortion"
