Halloween 2002

Halloween 2003

Halloween 2004

Report:
The Lord blessed our evening with good weather, a great turnout of kids, and a wonderful time!
162 wordless bracelets given out, sharing the gospel with approximately 334 people!
105 Bibles given out
162 packets of candy, toys, money, tracts, and stickers
approx 160 Capri-Sun drinks or water
approx 25 extra prizes for "best dressed" were given out
3 children prayed to receive Jesus as Savior!!

Scroll down below to see pictures and the set up for the evening!

First we carved the pumpkins!

Next we made our dessert! This is called "cat-poop dessert"
It is made with granola cereal as the litter and rolled up Little Debbie Brownies for the poop
The workers at our outreach found it to be quite realistic and gross-looking, but very tasty!

Lydia is all dressed up, too!

First the children arrived and we explained the gospel to them before we gave them a wordless bracelet [see below for an explanation of the wordless bracelet]

One child receiving the gospel and a bracelet!

Inside we had tables set up with packets for each child!
Our children enjoyed dressing up, greeting the other children and giving them treats!
Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive!"

The set-up:

If you have never thought of using Halloween as a God-given opportunity to reach your neighbors for Him, then this just may be the year! Lord willing, we plan to have stations out front in our driveway where we can put "wordless bracelets" on the children, and tell them the Good News as we put it on them. We will give them a toy, tract, candy, and a paper to remind them of the wordless bracelet before they go into the garage for more!
