Need Help?
Downloading files and listening to audio

Audio: To listen to a lesson online, you will need a program that plays "Real Audio" or Mp3. If you are having difficulty listening to the audio file, we recommend that you download Real Audio Player

Please click here to download Real Player
please choose "Download Free Real Player"

Occasionally we have found that some computers are unable to play our "streaming Mp3" files. This is most common with AOL media player. If possible, try downloading Real Player and set it as your default audio player.

To download an audio file, right-click on "Download Mp3" and choose "save target as". Then choose a place to save the file on your computer. After saving, you may find the audio file on your computer and open it for listening. Real audio provides a section on helps at: http://service.real.com/help/errors/

Video: If you are having trouble viewing a video, please try downloading Real Player [see instructions above in "Audio"]. If the problem persists, please email us.

Word Documents and pdf files: To download Word documents, you will need Microsoft Word.
If you are having difficulty viewing a document after left-clicking:
1) First make sure your computer isn't automatically blocking pop-ups. Many computers recognize the Word Document as a "pop-up". Try holding down the Control Key [Cntrl] while left-clicking.
2) If this doesn't work, then we recommend that you try right-clicking and choosing "save target as". Then choose a place to save the document on your computer. After saving, you may find the document on your computer and open it for viewing.

To view or download pdf files, you will need a pdf file viewer. We recommend Adobe Reader.

Please click here to get Adobe Reader
to view pdf files
