Misha is the teacher for the vast majority of the time. However, Tom teaches math on Friday afternoons and is the teacher for one full Friday per month [he takes a day off of work once a month to teach the children].

The children wake up at 7:00 AM, pray, do their personal devotions, make their beds and do a simple chore. Breakfast is at 7:45 AM. A typical homeschool day begins at 8:30 AM after breakfast and stops at 10:45 AM for lunch [when Tom comes home for lunch]. School begins again at Noon and usually ends between 1:30 and 2:00 PM.

The afternoons are free for chores, nature walks, musical instrument practice, handicrafts, exercise and play.
