Question:
Are humans found to be in the image of primates and animals
or
Are humans found to be in the image of God?

The Bible says in Genesis 1:26-27; "Then God said, 'Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over...all the creatures...So God created man in His own image, in the image of
God He created him; male and female He created them."

But scientists who do not believe the Bible say that man evolved from animals,
and that we bear their likeness.

Question:
Did man evolve from animals?

The Bible says in Genesis 2:7; "The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground..."
God made man directly from dust, not from the evolution of animals.

But scientists who do not believe the Bible say that man evolved from animals, and that those animals originally were found in WATER. Notice that the Bible says that man came from the dust of the ground and evolution-believing scientists say that man came from animals out of water!

Questions:
What is it that makes humans different from animals? Do we have a soul?
If we have a soul, where did it come from? Did the soul evolve, too? And if so, how did it evolve?

The Bible says in Genesis 2:7; "The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
God gave man life by breathing directly into his nostrils. This gave man "life" and a soul. And God commands us to love Him with all of our soul [Mark 12:30]

Dearest Image Bearer:
You are special because you are made in the very image of God!
Your life, and the life of every image-bearer is precious because
we are made in the very likeness of God!
Do not let a scientist who does not believe the Bible tell you that your descendants are animals and fish.

Praise God! We are made in His Image!
