What does
the Bible say
about abortion?
Margaret Sanger
Founder of Planned Parenthood quotes
She said:
"The most merciful thing that a family does to one of its infant members
is to kill it."
Planned Parenthood
the cycle
Planned Parenthood promotes a cycle of sexual behavior that encourages sexual promiscuity, birth control, and abortion.
The beginning of the cycle: sexual activity
Planned Parenthood promotes sexuality and sexual expression in unmarried
women and teens with an atmosphere of sexual freedom.
PP is adamantly
opposed
to "abstinence only" education for teens, calling it an "abstinence
of common sense" for adults to teach teens how to abstain from sex
until marriage. Rather than attempt to decrease sexual activity in teens,
PP promotes increased
sexual activity.
The next step in the cycle: birth
control usage
After promoting sexual activity in the unwed and teens, PP then
capitalizes on the teen's desire to not become pregnant by providing inexpensive
and
easily accessed birth control pills. This service
provided by Planned Parenthood is their most well known service. In fact,
many people are only aware of Planned Parenthood's birth control sales
and are unaware of their other activities.
Returning back: established trust and medical treatment
Sexually active women and teens often have their first encounter
with PP when seeking birth control. PP then establishes
a rapport with the teen and educates them on STD prevention. Should the
teen develop an STD, they know who to go to for help...Planned Parenthood.
This allows PP to develop a reputation in the community and nation as a
safe place for women to go for all their sexual/medical needs.
By constantly fighting for "women's health" and "a woman's
choice", PP is
known as "the defender of women's rights"
The Final Solution: Terminate the unwanted
Now that unwed women have been encouraged to be sexually active while expecting
little to no risk of pregnancy or STD, PP is there just in case something
does go wrong. Planned Parenthood is the nation's largest provider of abortion
services. Under the guise of "women's health" and "reproductive freedoms",
PP gets rid of the unwanted. This, says PP, is the solution to an unwanted
pregnancy...Termination.
The cycle continues: back to the clinic
Not desiring to become pregnant again, the woman/teen returns to the PP clinic
to obtain that "much-needed" birth control pill. Rather than now
encouraging the unwed woman to be abstinent, PP facilitates not only sexual
promiscuity,
but returned clinic visits with their supply of birth control pills.
And the cycle continues...
But where are they
when....?
But where is Planned Parenthood when a woman suffers emotionally and spiritually
from her abortion, STD, or failed sexual relationships? Where are they
when she is crying because her arms ache for the baby she never had? Where
are they when she becomes depressed, angry, regretful and the anti-depressants
don't seem to be helping? Where are they?
Woman's health or Planned Parenthood's health?
As one examines this cycle it is easy to ask..."Is Planned Parenthood for
a woman's health, or for Planned Parenthood's health?" It seems that this
cycle leads to broken relationships, broken lives, diseases, unwanted pregnancies,
terminated lives, regrets, depression, and despair for the woman. But this
cycle leads to popularity, fame, power, and money for Planned Parenthood.
Who is it that really benefits from this cycle?
